The 600i Booklet System is Duplo's high-end collating and bookletmaking solution. Integrating the fully automatic DBM-600 Bookletmaker with the high-speed DSC-10/60i Suction Collators, the 600i Booklet System produces professional saddle, side, or corner-stitched booklets as well as letter landscape applications.

The 600i Booklet System can produce up to 5,200 booklets per hour or collate up to 10,000 sets per hour into a stacker. Booklet production can be doubled, for certain applications, by adding the optional 4-stitch head kit along with the DKT-200 Two-Knife Trimmer and Gutter Cutter for 2-up bookletmaking.

The Duplo 150C Booklet System integrates the DBM-150 Bookletmaker with up to two DSC-10/20 Suction Collators, providing an entry-level collating and bookletmaking solution. Utilizing Duplo's proven suction feed system, the DSC-10/20 allows for gentle handling of a wide range of applications not possible with friction feed collators. Each bin comes equipped with two adjustable fans for consistent and accurate feeding while a large pickup area of the belt suction feed system ensures that even slick coated, curled, and high static digital documents are fed consistently.

Equipped with the Isaberg Rapid stapler and staple cartridge, the DBM-150 Bookletmaker produces a high quality, flat staple every time. Each cartridge holds 5,000 staples and wear parts are replaced each time the cartridge is changed out, providing a high level of reliability. Up to 16 jobs can be saved in memory for quick and easy changeovers. Compact in size and built-in with high performance features, the 150C Booklet System produces high quality corner, side, or saddle-stapled applications up to 2,400 booklets per hour.

Creating a perfect combination for productivity, value, and durability, the fully automated 350C Booklet System configures up to two DSC-10/20 air suction paper collators with the mid-range DBM-350 Bookletmaker. The 350C Booklet System can be set up in under five minutes and can produce professionally-finished booklets at up to 3,000 booklets per hour.

Utilizing Duplo’s proven suction feed system, the DSC-10/20 allows for gentle handling of a wide range of applications not possible with friction feed collators. Each bin comes equipped with two adjustable fans for consistent and accurate feeding while a large pickup area of the belt suction feed system ensures that even slick coated, curled, and high static digital prints are fed consistently.

Booklets are smoothly guided through the DBM-350 Bookletmaker’s stitching section by the push belt system, which only activates when the book is ready to move, thus eliminating static and marks. The DBM-350 utilizes heavy-duty Deluxe 26D stitch heads for durable, quality stitching and features a programmable spine compressor to flatten the spine for a lay-flat finish. Up to 20 jobs can be saved in memory for fast changeovers. Trim waste is also automatically collected in an external bin for easy removal while the system is running, ensuring continuous productivity.

The 350 Booklet System is Duplo's mid-range collating and bookletmaking system, integrating the DSC-10/60i Suction Collators with the DBM-350 Bookletmaker. With a production speed of up to 3,000 booklets per hour, the system produces a wide range of offset and digital print applications, from calendar and catalogs to brochures and newsletters, on demand. The 350 Booklet System provides the efficiency to deliver jobs in shorter turnarounds and its modular design offers users the flexibility to customize it according to their needs, making it ideal for printers making the transition from offset to digital.

The Duplo 600C Booklet System combines the DSC-10/20 Suction Collator with the DBM-600 Bookletmaker, delivering a high volume collating and bookletmaking system for print providers. With the DBM-600 Bookletmaker, jobs can be saddle, side or corner-stitched and the automatic set up feature allows users to go from 14" x 20" to CD-size book jobs without any manual adjustments. The 600C Booklet System produces up to 4,100 booklets per hour.
