Performing up to 10 slits, 25 cuts, and 20 creases in one pass, this digital color finisher eliminates white borders and toner cracking on fold lines, producing professionally finished documents in a matter of minutes. The DC-746 comes equipped with a high capacity feeder, PC Controller software for easy job setup, and CCD scanner as well as offers optional rotary tool and cross perforation modules, both with strike perforating capabilities, for increased versatility. The DC-646 Slitter/Cutter/Creaser is Duplo's versatile digital color finisher providing printers the ability to create a multitude of unique full-bleed applications with more efficiency and flexibility. Performing up to 8 slits, 30 cuts and 20 creases in a single pass, the DC-646 eliminates white borders and prevents toner cracking on fold lines up to 30 sheets per minute and also offers optional rotary tool and cross perforating modules, both with strike-perforating capabilities, for increased versatility. With the DC-646, users can produce 24-up business cards on 12" x 18" or 36-up on 14" x 26" paper sizes, slit-score greeting cards, micro-perforated coupons, direct mailers with tear-away cards, and much more!

The DC-646 comes built-in with a CCD scanner, enabling it to recall any job stored in memory simply by reading the printed barcode and automatically set up the job. The scanner also reads registration marks, correcting the sheet-by-sheet image shift and delivering accurately finished pieces every time. Barcodes and registration marks can be easily applied with the EFI Fiery Command Workstation impose tool (Fiery System 10 or newer).

Other new features include side air, job lock to prevent jobs from being overwritten, pause feeding, batch separation, and a PDF template generator for jobs created on the PC Controller.

The fully automated DC-618 Slitter/Cutter/Creaser is Duplo’s compact yet powerful all-in-one finishing solution designed for today’s digital printer. Designed with flexibility to adapt to your needs, the DC-516 High Speed Creaser prevents toner cracking and unattractive fold lines on digitally printed applications up to 100 sheets per minute! Creasing prior to folding allows fold devices to bend the sheets with ease, ensuring a crisp and professional finish. The DC-516 features a 14" feed capacity for higher volume jobs and handles paper up to 400 gsm up to 14" x 26" in size.

The DC-516 Pro Multi-Finisher offers high-speed finishing for high production environments. Featuring a 14” high capacity feeder and long conveyor stacker, the DC-516 Pro keeps productivity non-stop.

Automatically cut 24-up business cards on 13” x 19” sheets or 36-up cards on 14” x 20” stock within seconds. The DC-516 Pro comes standard with both cutting and slitting modules and can apply up to 30 cuts per sheet. The slitting module includes 6 tools and up to 10 slits can be applied (additional 4 slits optional). Slitting tools are manually adjusted and cuts are set through the control panel.

Prevent toner cracking by creasing brochures and book covers prior to folding at up to 100 sheets per minute! The DC-516 Pro’s creasing module features a new dual creasing tool that can be switched interchangeably to perform positive and negative patterns. To perform positive and negative creases in one pass, a second creasing module is required. Each module applies up to 20 creases per sheet.

The CC-330 Card Cutter finishes a variety of digital color pieces including business cards, postcards, greeting cards and photos printed on a wide range of paper sizes up to 13" x 19". Extremely simple to use and with speeds up to 240 business cards per minute, the CC-330 provides an efficient finishing solution for mid-volume jobs. Adding to an already versatile line of digital print solutions, Duplo's Integrated Folding System (IFS) achieves the next level in automation. The IFS eliminates the need for a separate paper folding machine and enables users to not only slit/cut/crease with the DC-746 and DC-646 or slit/perforate/crease with the DC-446, but also fold digitally-printed applications in a single pass using one system. By performing the functions of multiple machines, the system removes the bottleneck of the finishing process that occurs when setting up jobs separately.

The Duplo DC-746/646 IFS has a unique capability that no other system has which is to slit, cut, crease, and fold multiple-up pieces simultaneously in one pass. Using two knife blades, the IFS can perform the most common folds including single, letter, Z, gate, and double parallel along with an infinite number of custom folds.

The Atlas-TRIO15 is a revolutionary solution for digital print finishing, allowing users to slit, cut, crease and even fold in a single pass. It's ideal for high-speed creasing and production of a wide range of jobs including business cards, postcards, brochures, booklet covers, greeting cards and more.

The Atlas-TRIO15 uses an upper-belt tri-suction feeding system, and a feed table which automatically elevates, giving it the ability to process sheets up to 13" W x 27.5" L, in weights from 120-350gsm. The 4" touchscreen control panel provides three modes for various job requirements: Preset, for the most common formats and sizes, Manual, which modifies the preset jobs, and Flex mode for the greatest customization. It also stores up to 150 custom jobs, for quick and easy recall.

Production speeds vary based on media size and finished output: up to 250 business cards in under 2 minutes, single-crease jobs up to 5,000/hour. Standard features include double-feed detection, cut-mark registration, side alignment guide, skew adjustment and two standard slitting guides. Custom slitting guides are also available.

To make an even bigger impression with the printed page, the Atlas-TRIO15 can be combined with the optional AC-10 Folder which will easily transform large sheets into finished pieces. This powerful combination enables user to cut the lead and trailing edges, bleed trim the top and bottom, crease and fold, for stunning professional output.

The FD 125 Card Cutter is ideal for on-demand processing of full-bleed color business cards, postcards, greeting cards and photos. With its capacity to cut a wide range of paper sizes in weights up to 300 gsm, users can create professional quality cards right from the desktop. The FD 125 features an easy-to-use control panel with LCD display, and cuts sheets from letter size up to 13” x 19”.

The FD 125 automatically cuts and slits documents and stacks them in sequential order at speeds of up to 240 business cards per minute. Users can utilize the 7 pre-programmed jobs or 6 programmable jobs to save time and effort. The unit includes a stand which doubles as an easily-accessible waste bin compartment. Options include a 15” conveyor for neat and sequential output, and interchangeable cutting cassettes for even greater productivity.

The FD 120 Card Cutter is ideal for processing color business cards, postcards, greeting cards and photos, right from your desktop. The FD 120 automatically cuts and slits documents and stacks them in sequential order at speeds of up to 130 business cards per minute.

Features include an easy-to-use control panel with LCD display, 6 pre-programmed jobs, 6 programmable jobs, and the ability to cut letter and legal size paper, up to 300gsm. Optional interchangeable slit/score/perforation cassettes offer even greater productivity.

The C200 automatically calculates the crease positions based on paper size and sets them accordingly. The powerful bottom-suction air-feed system allows for continuous loading of sheets, which increases productivity while maintaining accuracy, even with heavier stocks.

This fully-automatic air-feed creaser offers variable speed control to accommodate a wide variety of sheet sizes and thicknesses. With the ability to produce up to 16 creases per sheet, it can process up to 8,500 sheets (8.5” x 11”) or up to 11,000 sheets (6.5” x 8.5”) per hour. Equipped with a 4” vacuum pile feeder, an easy to use LCD screen and keyboard, skew compensation, and sheet size up to 13” x 25.5”. With a maximum of 32 crease/perf positions per sheet, 30 job memory, and speeds up to 4,500 sph, the PT-335B Multi is a capable and affordable finishing option. 

Introducing the PT-331S. This entry level creaser gives the same professional results of more expensive creasers at a fraction of the cost. Interchangeable crease/perf dies allow operators to switch from high quality creasing to perforating in seconds.

This entry level creaser is an economic solution for printers facing the issue of digital toner cracking.  Keypad programming for simple operation makes for an efficient option to move away from rotary scoring and into a true die crease with minimal effort.  The 330 Mini can be placed on an optional stand or used as a tabletop machine with removable trays to minimize the footprint.
