The Ultra 300Ai/300A UV Coater provides a solution that enhances the value and vibrancy of printed pieces at higher speeds and comes standard with a bridge unit - enabling it to receive output directly from a digital press!

Heavy duty yet simple to use, the Ultra 300Ai/300A applies a high quality gloss, satin or matte finish to a wide range of offset and digitally-printed applications, adding richness to its colors while protecting them from scratches and scuffs. It features innovative technology for coating both sides of the sheet with a smear-free finish. Print providers can offer double the value by coating both sides of the application such as direct mailers, brochures, business cards, books covers and more.

With the bridge unit, printed sheets are delivered directly into the UV coater, increasing overall productivity. The adjustable bridge unit accommodates the heights of most digital presses. With a coating speed of up to 148 feet (45 meters) per minute, the Ultra 300Ai can accommodate the output speed from most digital presses and process a variety of paper sizes, from 8.5" x 11" to 20" x 28", up to 350gsm. For near-line feeding, the Ultra 300A model is also available with the high capacity SF-300 Suction Feeder.

Enhance the value and vibrancy of your printed pieces with the Ultra 200 PRO UV Coater. Simple to use and compact in size, the Ultra 200 PRO applies a high quality gloss or satin finish to a wide range of offset and digitally-printed applications, enhancing the richness of its colors while protecting them from scratches and scuffing. Ideal for short to medium runs, the Ultra 200 PRO accommodates a variety of paper sizes from 8.5" x 11" to 21" x 30" and stocks between 170 - 500 gsm.

The Ultra 200 PRO also comes with the SF-300 Suction Feeder as standard for feeding high volume jobs and features innovative technology for coating both sides of the sheet with a smear-free finish. Print providers can offer double the value by coating both sides of direct mailers, brochures, business cards, book covers, and much more.

An optional dual IR kit is available for KMBS and RICOH prints. 

Processing 13" paper widths up to 33 feet per minute, the Ultra 100 PRO UV Coater provides a high featured UV coating machine for short volume demands. Similar to the Ultra 200A model, the Ultra 100 PRO enhances the value and vibrancy of printed pieces and offers unique coating capabilities. The applicator and impression rollers engage only at the start and end of the sheet, ensuring a smear-free, clean finish on both sides.

The new 370M was designed with automation in mind. Incorporating the small footprint of the 530 Micro with added features of the production XDC series. The 370M is a 14.5″ wide full flood machine with touch screen controls, removable roller, EasySet levers, 3″ applicator roller, 3 IR lamps with adjustable intensity and comes standard as a 3 pump system for quick and automated coating change over and cleanup. The VividCoater XDC-Micro™ is a low maintenance, ultra-violet cured coating system that produces a high quality finish to the printed sheet. By producing richer and more vibrant colours on digitally or offset printed pieces the VividCoater XDC-Micro™ offers the on-demand print market the opportunity to have more effective and expressive printed products at a very low cost per page. 

The XDC-Micro™ has a footprint that is less than 3’x3′ (100 cm square) and has a variable speed of up to 2700 sheets per hour. It can be easily moved through any standard door. 

The machine is easy to operate and allows for variable coating thickness control and variable speed control. Features such as easy set handles, standard IR and wiper blade, and vacuum hold down ensure that this machine is user friendly, and quick to set up. 

The PT 330PF is an automated pile feeder designed to run in-line with offline finishing equipment to streamline the feeding process for handfed machines. With a 4″ vacuum pile feeder and conveyor outfeed, the 330PF can handle a wide variety of stock weight and sizes.  Sheet counter, gap control and variable speeds mean the 330PF can be adjusted to conform to a variety of feeding jobs.
