The iSaddle Pro Digital Booklet System is Duplo's sheet-fed saddle stitching system, combining the high-speed DSF-6000 Sheet Feeder with the saddle stitcher. Equipped with a technologically-advanced Air Management System, the DSF-6000 provides an unsurpassed level of high speed performance that ensures consistent feeding of a wide variety of paper types and weights, from 64 gsm to 300 gsm, at a speed of up to 600 sheets per minute. The main tray offers a loading capacity of 24” (610mm), which minimizes reloading by supporting longer run times. Three-side air separation and integrated static eliminator effectively handle the static common with digitally printed media. Optical and ultrasonic sensors accurately detect feed errors, should they occur.

Using an integrated scoring mechanism and plough fold technology, the iSaddle Pro Digital Booklet System accurately scores and plough folds subsets up to 10 sheets and can saddle stitch and trim up to 30-sheet booklets. For added versatility and productivity, the optional DKT-200 Two-Knife Trimmer can be added to produce full-bleed applications and process 2-up booklets. 

The iSaddle Duetto System is Duplo's combined sheet feeding and collating saddle stitching system. Designed to handle both traditional offset work as well as shorter-run digital jobs with equal ease and efficiency, the fully automated iSaddle offers state-of-the-art scoring and folding technology of the highest quality to produce thicker, flatter booklets up to 4,500 booklets an hour.

The ability of the iSaddle to accept documents set-by-set or sheet-by-sheet enables it to receive output from the DSC-10/60i Collator and the DSF-2200 Sheet Feeder. The DSF-2200 comes loaded with a number of high-end features including Duplo's own belt suction feed system, front and side air separation, an anti-static device and ultrasonic double feed detection for enhanced feed reliability. It feeds increased paper sizes up to 14" x 20" (or 9.05" x 24" via the optional Extension Tray Kit) and offers a variety of options including a trail edge air kit, pre-loading kit, and 1D & 2D barcode readers.

Booklet production can be doubled, for certain applications, by adding the optional 4-stitch head kit along with the DKT-200 Two-Knife Trimmer and Gutter Cutter for 2-up bookletmaking.

Incorporating the creasing and slitting functions of the DC-446 Creaser with the stapling, folding, and trimming capabilities of the entry-level DBM-150S Bookletmaker and DBM-150T Face Trimmer, the 150Cr Booklet System automates the finishing process and produces up to 1,387 booklets per hour.

The 150Cr Booklet System eliminates the need for a guillotine cutter and creasing machine, reducing time-consuming setups, wasted material, and turnaround times. Available for Duplo collating and sheet feeding systems connected with the DBM-600 Bookletmaker or iSaddle System, the DKT-200 adds three-side trimming capabilities, enabling operators to cut the head and foot of booklets for a full-bleed finish. With a compact footprint of 36" x 32", the DKT-200 offers a simple straight paper path that is gentle on easily-scratched, digitally-printed materials. The unit can process up to 4,500 books per hour and up to 9,000 books per hour when processing 2-up applications using the optional gutter cutter. Full-bleed jobs can now be transferred directly from the press to the bookletmaker or saddle stitcher without the need to trim the sheets on a guillotine before or after.
