The 600i Pro Digital Booklet System is Duplo’s flagship sheet feeding and bookletmaking system, integrating the DSF-6000 High-Speed Sheet Feeder with the DBM-600 Bookletmaker. With exceptional accuracy and automation, the 600i Pro Digital Booklet System offers the ultimate solution for converting short to long run, pre-collated digital or offset printed media into high quality booklets.

Equipped with a technologically-advanced Air Management System, the DSF-6000 provides an unsurpassed level of high speed performance that ensures consistent feeding of a wide variety of paper types and weights, from 64 gsm to 300 gsm, at a speed of up to 600 sheets per minute. The main tray offers a loading capacity of 24” (610mm), which minimizes reloading by supporting longer run times. Three-side air separation and integrated static eliminator effectively handle the static common with digitally printed media. Optical and ultrasonic sensors accurately detect feed errors, should they occur.

Utilizing state-of-the-art technology to automate and streamline the bookletmaking process, the DBM-600 Bookletmaker requires minimal operator intervention. Users can produce saddle, side, or corner-stitched booklets as well as letter landscape applications up to 4,500 booklets per hour.

The Duplo 600i Digital Booklet System configures the DSF-2200 Sheet Feeder with the high volume DBM-600 Bookletmaker, creating a bookletmaking solution ideal for mid to large volume printers. The DSF-2200 comes loaded with a number of high-end features including Duplo's own belt suction feed system, front and side air separation, an anti-static device and ultrasonic double feed detection for enhanced feed reliability. It feeds increased paper sizes up to 14" x 20" (or 9.05" x 24" via the optional Extension Tray Kit) up to 200 sheets per minute and offers a variety of options including a trail edge kit, pre-loading kit, and 1D & 2D barcode readers.

With the DBM-600 Bookletmaker, jobs can be saddle, side, or corner-stitched up to 5,200 booklets per hour and the automatic setup feature allows users to go from large-size to CD-size book jobs without any manual adjustments. Maximize productivity by adding the optional PC Controller to control the entire system from one convenient location. 

The Duplo 350i Digital Booklet System connects the DSF-2200 Sheet Feeder with the DBM-350 Bookletmaker, creating the perfect mid-volume digital finishing solution. The DSF-2200 comes loaded with a number of high-end features including Duplo's own belt suction feed system, front and side air separation, an anti-static device and ultrasonic double feed detection for enhanced feed reliability. It feeds increased paper sizes up to 14" x 20" (or 9.05" x 24" via optional Extension Tray Kit) up to 200 sheets per minute and offers a variety of options including a trail edge air kit, pre-loading kit, and 1D & 2D barcode readers.

Using the PC Controller software for easy operation, heavy-duty Deluxe stitching heads to produce quality stitches, push belt technology to prevent marking and static build-up, and a built-in book spine compressor, the 350i Digital Booklet System can produce up to 3,000 high quality booklets per hour. Expand the flexibility, versatility, and range of the system by adding the optional corner stitch kit or small booklet kit.

The 150 Digital Booklet System is Duplo's entry-level sheet feeding system connecting the DSF-2200 Sheet Feeder with the DBM-150S Bookletmaker. The DSF-2200 comes loaded with a number of high-end features including Duplo's own belt suction feed system, front and side air separation, an anti-static device and ultrasonic double feed detection for enhanced feed reliability. It feeds up to 200 sheets per minute and offers a variety of options including a trail edge air kit, pre-loading kit, and 1D & 2D barcode readers.

Featuring the Isaberg Rapid stapler and staple cartridge, the DBM-150S Bookletmaker produces a high quality, flat staple every time. Each cartridge holds 5,000 staples and wear parts are replaced each time the cartridge is changed out, providing a high level of reliability. The DBM-150S Bookletmaker can be operated via the control panel where up to 16 jobs can be saved in memory or via a PC using the optional PC Controller software.

Compact in size yet built-in with high performance features, the 150 Digital Booklet System produces superior corner, side or saddle-stapled applications up to 1,720 booklets per hour.

The PT 33SF stitch and fold booklet making system is a scalable yet powerful booklet maker available as a handfed standalone or put in line with the PT 33PFA pile feed with accumulator for feeding of pre collated sets with production speeds of up to 3000 booklets per hour.
